Millesima Presents Chateau Talbot 2012 En Primeur/Futures.
Jean-Pierre Marty, CEO of the Fourth Classified Growth in the appellation of Saint-Julien, spoke to the Millesima camera to share with you the experience that he and his team had for the 2012 vintage.
This year was a "winemaker's vintage" for the production of red wines in particular, and the experience of the team at Chateau Talbot was predominately to manage the difficult natural factors imposed by nature. The experience, the choices made for the best dates to harvest grapes, the best winemaking techniques adapted to the physiognomy of this vintage enabled them to make the most of the parcels of this great terroir in Saint-Julien.
