Hello Zumba Party People! I'm Aksana, a Zumba Licensed Instructor and AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, dancing is my passion and fitness for life! :-)
I believe that Zumba is a fun and effective workout if you put all your energy and power into your routine. For toning your body, I would recommend resistance exercises at least 2x per week. Please subscribe to my youtube channel and like my facebook page for updates, choreography and more videos to be uploaded daily and weekly!
Thanks for the support Rockstars! :-) xoxo Aksana
